In FDM we are using a filament in coiledįorm it is fed to the head of the printer in which a nozzle is sitting the nozzle will be heated to melt the materials and the head will move in the horizontal and vertical directions. Here i am writing a little about Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) method because we are using the plastic 3D printers which are FDM based one.
